Dial:
original black lacquered Rolex dial with round white markers; aperture for the date at 3 o'clock position.

Description:
The GMT "Fat Lady" is the first sapphire crystal GMT. She was produced for ca. two year only and has a heavy case than the following model, thus "Fat Lady".
