Dial: silvered dial with black Roman numerals. Two sub-dials for the seconds at VI o'clock position and the 48 hour up-and-down-indicator below the "XII".
Description: Henry Frodsham was born in 1802 in Liverpool as the son of William James Frrodsham who in turn was grandson of the great William Frodsham of Kingsgate St. He had the following workshops: 1828-1831 54 Castle Street, Liverpool 1831-1838 38 Castle Street, Liverpool 1839-1844 40 Castle Street, Liverpool 1847-1856 17 South Castle Street, Liverpool He died in 1858.
