Case: open-faced, very heavy, polished 18 k gold case (ca. 300 gr.) with slide for repaeting mechanism sunk in band, five-joint hinges. Hand-engraved family crest of the Earls of Lamberd with the motto "Deo Patriae Tibi". Case maker mark "HMF" - Harrison Miles Frodsham.
Dial: original, perfect enamel dial with Roman numerals, sub dial for the seconds, the phases of the moon and the moon calendar at "6" o´clock position, day of the week at 9 o´clock position, the month with leap year indication at 12 o´clock position, date at 3 o´clock position.
Features: minute-repeater, perpetual calendar, chronograph with counter from the centre
Description: The watch comes with a "Certificate of Origin" issued by Charles Frodsham London, stating that this piece was delivered to Frodsham by Audemars in 1881.
